We have a fully equipped, commercial grade gym, with heating and cooling, in a private, garden setting.

Fitness at Fit For Life with Chelle is about everyone being able to improve their health and well-being by improving their fitness.
No one has to do anything they don’t want to, no one has to run skip or jump – we DO NOT DO BURPEES (unless you join the Metafit class).
If all you can do is crawl then let’s start crawling, we will be here to cheer you on! We aren’t training for ‘Body Show’ bodies, we are training to be fitter, healthier and happier.
Our group fitness classes are capped at 10 participants, they are a full body workout that changes daily. A mix of cardio, weights, boxing(fitness only), circuits, HIIT (Interval training) that can be altered for each individual client on the day. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro – you can work side by side in one of these fun workouts.
Alternatively, if you are an athlete – Chelle can devise a training program specifically for your needs, she has completed 3 Oxfam 100km Trail events and has trained high-level footballers, she knows what it takes to plan and train a program to achieve the desired goal.
